The management of activities is one of three factors which influence the success of field representatives. FWManager (Field Work Manager) for Sage CRM helps with planning and controlling activities concerning the defined potential.

The FWManager add-on is divided into two user levels: one for sales managers (administrative area) and one for the sales staff (general area). The sales manager can give directives to the whole sales team or to individuals in the sales staff. A directive relates to a certain classification in the company and can consist of three actions at the most (outbound call, outbound e-mail, demo etc.) with a certain frequency (how often does this action happen in a year). The set directives are applied to a chosen record. After that it is possible to see in the analysis what action for a customer has been completed and when the next action is due. The sales manager as well as the sales staff can see at one look what has to be done.
