Users are unable to change the order of the country selection list


A user navigates to the secondary entity "Address" and the selection list for the addr_country field.

Reorder this list - put Algeria to the top of the list and this will move Afghanistan to second on the selection list.

Now when the user goes to create a new company and selects the addr_country drop down, it still shows the original order (Afghanistan on top of the list).


This case has been escalated to development and will be resolved in a future release of Sage CRM.

The selection order works fine for the other selection lists - tested the same out on comp_type and was able to successfully reorder the list
