When performing a Company Data Upload and processing duplicates using the option "Process Duplicates Interactively" CRM crashes during the upload.


When doing the data upload the user has two options for duplicates when the option to "Process Duplicates Interactively" is selected: "Add Record Anyway" or to "Merge a Record with an existing Record".

This builds up the processes in the Oracle database and causes CRM to crash.


The cause of this issue is the build up of the processes in the Oracle database.

During the data upload you can check to see the processes building up in the database by running the following query:
select count(*) from v$session


This issue has resolved in Sage CRM 7.2b and Sage CRM 7.1n.
