A user creates a new opportunity in CRM on a company that is linked to a Sage 200 ERP.
From the Quotes tab on the Opportunity, the user creates a Quote using the CRM form option. Note that on the Opportunity Summary tab at the bottom, the ‘Total Quote Value’ has been updated (see below).
Now the user from the Quotes tab of the opportunity creates a Quotes using the Sage 200 from option and then perform a immediate sync to link the quote to CRM.
On the Opportunity Summary tab at the bottom, the ‘Total Quote Value’ has not been updated with the value of the form-launched Quote.
Resolution / Workaround:
To use the CRM Quote option to ensure that the 'Total Quote Value' updates correctly.
This issue has been fixed in Sage CRM 7.3b.
The functionality works for Orders. Only Quotes are affected.
