When troubleshooting issues, higher logging levels can be enabled for both the eWare system and SQL logs. If a customer is using a multiserver environment, changing the logging levels in Administration -> System -> Logging will only affect the logging on the current CRM server (i.e. the server on which the user is currently logged in).
The logging levels can be altered on other CRM servers by either logging into those servers directly and changing the logging level, or by changing the following registry keys on the secondary servers:
Once modified, the metadata on the other servers will need to be refreshed. This can be done by navigating to Administration -> System > Metadata and refreshing the System Parameters metadata.
This behaviour has been raised as a defect by a customer, and has been raised to the development team for assessment.
