Summary:

A customer had a question about the Outlook Plugin using a user's License in regards to concurrent licenses.

Resolution:

There is three possible scenarios:

1. Using the plug-in to file emails or add contacts etc. uses 1 seat of a concurrent licence.

2. If the same user is simultaneously logged onto CRM via a browser however – an extra seat is NOT used up. In other words – only 1 seat is considered in use.

3. If user A is filing an email via the plug-in and user B is logged onto CRM via a browser then 2 seats are considered in use.
