Using the Sage CRM Classic Outlook plugin, reply to an email in Outlook.
Go to the CRM Tab (Add-Ins tab) and select the option to Send and file.

Log in to CRM and find the communication that has been sent and filed to CRM.

You will notice that the Date / Time field on the screen is not filed in.  



This issue has been resolved in Sage CRM patch 7.2f which was scheduled for release on the 30th September 2014.
