This occurs when using Sage CRM Classic Outlook Plugin on a system with the system locale set as Traditional Chinese , Hong Kong SAR.
The user files an email containing chinese characters some of which are formated in bold.
Go into CRM and find the filed email, the characters that were formated in bold are not displayed correclty.
The issue here is caused by characters in the email that are formatted in bold.
Resolution / Work around:
The work around at the moment is to not format characters in bold in the email.
This issue has been resolved in Sage CRM 7.2g.
