When logging into Sage CRM the following error message is displayed on the Interactive Dashboard:
If you navigate to the the localhost_access_log.txt file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\tomcat\logs) it is showing a HTTP 500 error when loading the dashboard:

Also if you run Fiddler on the Dashboard it is displaying the 500 error also:
The cause of this issue was that The TCP/IP port was incorrect in the db.properties. It was set to use 1433, but this SQL install was set use a dynamic port.
Is to update the db.properites to use the dynamic port number or you can alternatively use a static port and set the same port in the db.properties.
