This issue affects users of the classic Outlook plugin where IIS auto login is being used. On filing an email to Sage CRM from Outlook, a login prompt is displayed.
The login prompt will only allow a user to log in if they use the password stored on the CRM database, rather than the user's domain password. When using the Outlook Lite (Exchange) plugin, no logon prompt is dispalyed, and the user is logged onto CRM as soon as they attempt to file an email.
There is no workaround at present for this issue.
This issue has been fixed in Sage CRM 7.2f.
