A problem occurs with the synchronisation of statistics from Swiftpage to CRM and there is an error appearing in the logs:

“There is no Swiftpage account created.” 


This is usually as a result of the user in the file not being an emarketing user on the Swiftpage account.

This user specified in the file needs to be both an admin user in CRM and linked to a user that's set up for E-Marketing in CRM.
