The Interactive Dashboards are not loading after a user logs out of Sage CRM and the log backs into CRM on an Ipad in desktop view.
The following error message is displayed on the Dashboard:
Resolution / Workaround:
The workaround for this issue is to wait 20 - 30 seconds and click on the Dashboards tab in MyCRM again and the Dashboards will load as expected.
This issue has been resolved in Sage CRM 7.3b.
