Statistics from the Swiftpage server don't seem to be synchronising to CRM. In the syncengine log there are errors like:
FATAL com.sage.scrm.syncengine.core.engine.SyncEngineWatchDog.checkSyncEngineThread Terminating unresponsive integration task...
To resolve this we increased the "syncengine.maxsyncthreadinactivityperiod" to 60 in the "syncengine.properties file".
We also changed the details in the syncengine.properties file to a user that is both a CRM admin user and a swiftpage user.
