When adding a new contact that has been added to Sage CRM via the Exchange Outlook Plugin, the plus symbol ("+") that appears before the phone number has been removed.

When adding this contact to CRM the plus symbol ("+") has been removed from the phone number and it appears in CRM as follows:
Resolution / Workaround:
The workaround for this issue is to add the plus symbol ("+") to the phone number before saving from the popup window in Outlook:
This issue has been resolved in Sage CRM 7.3b.
