An issue exists in Sage CRM 7.2f whereby the the Add-ins or CRM tab may be missing from a new email window in Outlook 2010. This issue only affects the Classic Outlook plugin.
This issue was introduced in Sage CRM 7.2f. On updating the Classic Outlook plugin, the CRM tab may be missing from new messages created in Outlook. This tab allows the a user to send and file an email, as well as attach a shared CRM document.
This issue was resolved in the 7.2g patch.
