Summary:

There is an issue in Sage CRM 7.2d where the Save button when adding a Document to CRM in Internet Explorer is not responsive.

Resolution:

This issue has been fixed in Sage CRM 7.2f.

Workaround:

A workaround for Sage CRM 7.2d is to navigate to Administration -> Customisation ->  Secondary Entities -> Documents -> Screens -> LibraryItemBoxLong and put the below script into the custom content box:
