There was a problem setting up the initial integration
There were errors in the GCRM log files:
“SageConfigurationException: Error while getting configurations from CRM”
The root cause of this issue was found once we enabled full integration debugging for the eWare.dll:
UPDATE Custom_SysParams SET Parm_Value = 5
WHERE Parm_Name = 'IntegrationLogging'
In the ewaresystem log file we could see an error saying MSXML Parser was not installed.
MSXML Parser should be installed on the server to interpret the XML that was retrieved from the java code.
