A user creates a simple email template that contains an ERP field, but when the user tries to send an email using this template the ERP field is blank in the email.
This issue happens when a user navigates to a Company with more than one Person and goes to the Person tab of the Company and clicks on the email address of the last Person in the list.
When the email opens up and the template created is selected, the ERP field is blank.
Resolution / Workaround:
If you open the Person directly, click on the e-mail address in the Person's summary screen and choose the template, you will see that the ERP field is correctly filled with the selected Person's data.
This issue is not reproducible in Sage CRM 7.2i.
