When using a filter on a Interactive Dashboard List Gadget it does not clear correctly even after setting back to filter "None".
A user filters a list gadget (eg by person).
A user then sets the filter to "None" so that the gadget will display all the data again:
A user then navigates away from the Interactive Dashboard, but when the user returns to the Interactive Dashboard the list gadget is still filtered by person:
Resolution / Workaround:
A workaround is to filter the person by "%".
This will display all the data for the list gadget:
This issue has been resolved in Sage CRM 7.3d.
This issue is affecting Sage CRM 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3.
