A user may find that they are missing the "File E-mail" button when using the Exchange Lite plugin. The issue may only appear after upgrading to Sage CRM 7.3. It is resolved by disabling Compatibility View for the Sage CRM website.
Initially, a user will find that the first File E-mail button is present within Outlook. After selecting this button, they are presented with a list of matching companies and people records. On the right hand side of the screen, the File E-mail button will be missing.
This issue can be caused by Internet Explorer 11 being set to use Compatibility View for the Sage CRM website, or for all intranet sites.
Removing Sage CRM from the Tools | Compatibility View settings menu in Internet Explorer, and un-checking the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View setting resolves the issue.
