Summary:

In a Sage 200 integrated CRM system the cmli_comm_accountid field does not populate after you have created a new communication.
For example if you create a new communication under an existing integrated company then check the Communication and Comm_Link tables.
You will note that the cmli_comm_accountid field is not populated in the Comm_Link table.

Symptoms:

Cmli_comm_accountid field does not populate after creating a new communication in a Sage 200 integrated system.

Status:

This is a known issue and has been escalated to our development and will be resolved in a future release of Sage CRM.
