Summary: 

Using fiddler to troubleshoot mobile app issues.



Symptoms: 

Not able to decode error messages coming on sage CRM mobile app



Cause: 



Resolution: 

Install fiddler and then go to tools

In tools go to fiddler options-> connections->

In connections:-

Set fiddler listens on port 8888 and tick the check box for allow remote computers to connect.

Set the mobile on the same local network on which the fiddler installed machine has been set up

Go to settings ->wifi->click on the wifi connection on which you are connected.

Then click on modify network.

Set the hostname to your system ip

Set proxy port to 8888 and the hit save.

Restart fiddler and sage CRM app you would be able to get the fiddler trace
