Summary:
You may find that the Sage CRM Outlook plugin has been removed from the Outlook Ribbon, a lot of the time it has been disabled by Outlook


Cause:
A lot of the time it has been disabled by Outlook


Resolution:

You can set the plugin files to always be enabled:

 

Select File -> Manage COM Add-ins (Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins)

 

You will see listed COM add-ins, select “Always enable this add-in” for the add in that corresponds to the plugin you have installed.
