Summary:

Create a new default email template and then navigate to an email and reply to it.

Symptoms:

Email template is loaded but the original message and added text disappears.

The Email template should keep original email and added text.

Workaround:

Upload an image prior to modify text of email and copy/paste information required as an input in new template.

Resolution:

This issue is currently with development and will be resolved in a future release of Sage CRM.
