Summary:

No Contacts or Opportunities are being synchronised to the iPhone.

Symptoms:

Contacts and Opportunities not synchronising to iPhone when using the assigned / team synchronisation setting.

This is a known bug. This happens when the Sage CRM app settings on the iPhone are set to synchronise the user's Team Contacts or Opportunities.
The only way to sync contacts to the iPhone at the minute is the have the synchronisation settings set to “All contacts and opportunities”.

This issue is currently with development and will be fixed in a future version of Sage CRM.
