When a company record is selected from the company search screen the following error message is displayed:
"functionality not available please contact system admin"
The user is then logged out of CRM.
The issue here is in the user preferences section. The default screen that a company record will display was set to Interactive Dashboard instead of the Company Summary Screen.
To change this back to company summary go to administration -> users and select the user that is experiencing this issue.
Under User Preferences tab set the “Default screen for Company” back to Summary.
