Summary:

In a multi-server environment, Sage CRM Outlook Lite Plugin should connect to Load Balancing.

Issue:

Sage CRM Outlook Lite Plugin will register in Windows registry the name of the server it is connected to.
In a multi-server environment, the Sage CRM Outlook Lite Plugin should connect to Load Balancing and identify which server is available instead of reading the name of the server from the time of installation.

Workaround:

Update Windows Registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sage\CRM\ to the proper server name.
During installation, change server name to the main server name (not the backup one) to ensure service integrity.

More info:

The Sage CRM Outlook Plugin retrieves information from the server it is connected to during installation and adds the name of the server in Windows registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ACCPAC\CRM\OutlookPlugin).
This key is read every time Sage CRM Outlook Plugin is trying to connect to Sage CRM database.
