Incorrect email addresses put into 'To:' field when Reply All is selected


This occurs when a user selects 'Reply all' in an email that has come into CRM

The recipients email address from the mail that came into CRM is populated in the 'To:' field of the email along with the 'From:' email address from the original received email.

The following workaround checks that the current users email is removed from the ‘To:’ field after the reply all button is pressed. This happens when the screen loads so it will not affect the screen if emails are added to the ‘to:’ field after the page loads.


To apply this fix put the following code into the custom content in the EmailFilingBox Screen in Administration -> Customisation -> Communication -> Screens Tab and click Save.
