Symptoms:

The test environment with works fine with the same settings.

The only difference on the Production environment is using the Oracle Rac server.

Work around / Resolution:

The problem with Oracle connection is if using Rac server, need to use “/” instead of “:”

The one does not work:

Fixed by change it to

jdbc.url=jdbc:log4jdbc:oracle:thin:@oracleserver:port/crmdatabase
