Summary:

A user performs a data upload for the Company entity with deduplication turned off, but certain companies are not uploaded.


Cause:

This is expected behaviour because if deduplication is disabled, data upload carries out a simple deduplication based on an exact match of Company Name, Person Last Name, and Address 1.

This means, if it finds a company that matches this citeria it will not be uploaded to CRM.

Resolution:

If the user wishes to add duplicate companies they should enable deduplication which should allow more companies to be added as the match rules can be amended to facilitate this.
