Summary:

Mail merge losing context when running a merge for custom entity

Symptoms:

You will notice that the context of the custom entity seems to be lost

If you select your mail merge template the custom entity fields don't show up

Status:

This is by design. The workaround is that the user changes the vmergecompany view to add the missing fields. We do not do this when creating an entity as we may damage reports or merge templates already created.
