When trying to log into the Sage CRM Android App the following error message is displayed:
"Some error has occured!"
The cause of this issue is that the user that is trying login is not assigned to a team.
Resolution / Workaround:
Go to Administration -> Users -> Users -> <username> and change the Primary team from 'Unassigned' to a team eg 'Default'.
The user should be able to login using the Android App now.
This issue has been escalated to our development team and will be resolved in a future release of Sage CRM Android App.
