A user with no rights to Cases logs in to CRM via the iPhone Sale Lite App. They then try to synchronise with CRM but the following error message is displayed:
"An error has occured while connecting to Sage CRM. Please contact your system administrator."
Cases are downloaded in a seperate data feed in the event of a user not having access to Cases. This means if a user had no rights to cases, their synchronising with CRM should not be affected.
This issue is currently development and will be resolved in a future release of Sage CRM.
