Summary:

Customer requesting to log out of Yammer as there is no option to do so directly within Sage CRM

Symptoms:

Cannot log out of Yammer directly from CRM

Workaround / Resolution:

Log into Yammer application directly on the internet

1) Go to Account - Edit Account - My Applications
2) Select Revoke Access for Sage CRM

This will then prompt you again for the login details in CRM
