When performing a data upload an error message is dispalyed.
This is the error message for Sage CRM v7.2d:
The following is the error message shown on Sage CRM 2014R1 (Cloud):
The issue here was that there was a particular string in the upload file that caused this: '#N/A'
Check if the uplaod file has any cells with #N/A present in any row/column. Remove it if it is there.
