Sage CRM eLearning - Sales and Marketing stream

Prerequisites
Delegates will be expected to come from a sales / pre-sales / telemarketing background and have some experience of uncovering need for, or selling value from, business management software. Previous experience of Sage CRM would be an advantage but is not required. We would strongly recommend those who have no experience should sign up for a trial and/or have an installation of Sage CRM with which they appraise themselves of the Sage CRM functional basics before beginning the course.

Learning Goals:

By the end of this syllabus, delegates will learn how Sage CRM is sold and positioned within the market place. Delegates will also gain an understanding of real life scenarios where Sage CRM can be sold to solve business problems and help make business decisions. Finally, delegates will understand how to qualify, communicate & demonstrate basic functionality of Sage CRM. The selling of Sage CRM is an applied subject and to reinforce the practical aspects, all delegates are expected to do practical work before & during the course.
