This module covers two broad subject areas. The first is the creation and administration of new Interactive Dashboards, and the creation and maintenance of both gadget and dashboard templates. Each of the different gadget types will be discussed in detail.
The second is the configuration of Exchange Integration and will deal mainly with the user features – the experience of using the lightweight Outlook plugin and the synchronization of meetings, tasks and contacts between Exchange and Sage CRM and the data’s availability across all devices.
This module will explain these advanced user features and will prepare you for the module’s associated test.
