Users add data into Sage CRM either through the ad hoc entry of individual records like new companies and contacts or they can also add data through the bulk import of lead, company and person data. System Administrators need to know how pre-entry searches can be added to the system to prevent duplicate records being inserted into the database.
System Administrators also need to know how to configure the products, units of measure and price lists that are used by the Quotes and Orders features of Sage CRM.
They also need to understand how new webs of relationships can be defined to allow users to record new information such as competitors in a sales process or the links one company has with another.
