We take time to discuss what modern selling needs, why people do & do not buy a CRM tool and explore buying psychology & sales processes. We are aiming to help you understand why selling CRM needs a different approach and how you can become better at achieving your sales goals. 

The sales stream within the eLearning platform allows you to test your product knowledge and help raise the bar on standards for the larger Sage CRM community - encouraging a consultative approach to telling the Sage CRM story to our customers. You can access the content anytime, anywhere, so you can consume the content and test yourself with the exams at your own convenience. Included in the content are references to sales templates, a product demonstration overview, helpful "investment guides" and an exploration of the resources available on the Sage CRM community material to help build your best practice.

The stream is designed to be complimentary to the local in-market (typically product-focused) accreditation process. The content covers topic areas that are relevant for every geography & should be used in conjunction with other content on the community, including video, standard documentation, blogs and more. The online lessons and guides within the Sales section are available at any time, and anywhere, allowing you to consume the training at your own pace.
