We need to consider the changes in supported software. This affects not just the servers but also the devices that are used to access integrated Sage CRM.

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2017 without SP, Standard or Enterprise

  • Android 5.0 Lollipop or later

Support has been dropped

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Essentials
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP3, Standard or Enterprise

And on mobile devices

  • Android KitKat 4.4
  • iOS 9.x

And within client machines we have dropped support for

  • Microsoft Office 2010 (Outlook Classic & Lite integration)
