There are over 50 issues identified by customers that have been addressed in this release, including corrections to dashboard gadget behaviours, mail merging, the component manager and more.

One of the cases resolved in Sage CRM 2018 R3 is associated with a decline in performance a customer had experienced since Kendo UI library had been introduced.
There are differences in the way in which different browsers process and cache libraries. For example, Chrome offered a better experience than Internet Explorer. To improve the experience for Internet Explorer 11 users the developers have removed references to the Kendo UI Library from every screen where the library is not explicitly being used.
