One of the themes running through the three-year Sage CRM Roadmap is the improvement of resources for developers. We are applying effort in providing our ISVs, integrators and developers with an improving set of tools to allow them in turn to improve the experience of our customers.

We are going to see a steady series of incremental enhancements throughout the new releases and Sage CRM 2019 R1 has started this journey.

To support the new release of Sage CRM 2019 R1 we've made available for download additional examples projects and component sources code. The current SDK installer includes sample projects and snippets for the .NET API, COM ASP API and the client-side API. This new library extends the resources available for the Component Manager and also includes an additional C# project.

These extended SDK examples are customizable versions of the social media integrations that have been available for download from the community. This is not the first time that Sage CRM has made available versions of features as a version of the code for the RelatedEntities feature is included in the SDK sample projects.

The sample code has been made available to extend the education examples and can be downloaded from the new folder "Additional SDK Examples"

If we find that you can not access this folder then please contact to request a change to your community access rights.

We believe that this will allow partners to speed up the creation of their own extensions and be able to fully utilise their expertise in creating Social Media integrations that better match their customers' business requirements.

These components are free of charge and consequently, there is no warranty or liability of any kind. Please note that where a reference in this educational material is made to 3rd party script and code libraries you must ensure that you have satisfied the necessary licensing terms and conditions.
