Need help Filing Mails leads to two entries

This question is not answered


If we file an Email from Outlook (light Plugin) under Company and Person always two identical Elements are created.

New install of the plugin did not help.

Any Idea what to check?

  • We have the sames issues and it's been going on for years. Every email filed away gets entered twice. Have you found any solutions??

  • I am sorry. Nobody had been able to solve that issue.

  • Check the email to see if you have crm users that are CC'd on the email.  If you have a CRM user email in the CC line, it will create an additional/duplicate communication entry tied to that user.

    Not sure if there is a setting to tell CRM not to create a communication entry for CC contacts.
