Looking for a solution to link mobile calls to Sage CRM

Hi All

I'm looking for a solution to link mobile calls to Sage CRM to dial and log calls and ideally save audio clips.

I find it hard to believe there is no way of doing this at present - i know it was available previously with 'Cloud Call' software.

Ideally I want an app that our BDM's can use to access Sage and click on numbers for auto dial. Alternatively, and slightly clunky, a way of dialing into a landline to complete the call to enable it to be logged.

Any suggestions/ solutions will be greatly appreciated!

    What about the SageCRM App on Android and apple stores?

    You can click CRM contact's phone number and log the call as a communication.

    I don't think you can save the audio clip.

    I'm still waiting to access the CRM app... its all set up in settings for me to access it but when i log in it wont let me do the data transfer.

    I'm awaiting an update from Sage.

     We have a Mobile web app for Sage CRM (MobileX)

    crmtogether.com/.../mobile-x

    Its runs on pretty much any device (it runs through the browser) and you can click phone numbers and you are prompted to call. You can also quickly log phone call info (dictate into the text area).

    Alternatively, and slightly clunky, a way of dialing into a landline to complete the call to enable it to be logged.

    -You could look at using Twilio for this i think but i would imagine there would be some serious development involved.

  • Cloudcall will not work in the same way from a mobile using the mobile theme. I guess if you used the desktop theme whilst on a mobile it might work but you still need to predominately use the cloudcall platform for your telephony as well. It will not just work on a normal phone call via your mobile, this is especially the case with inbound calls as it would not know where to route the crm screen pop traffic.

    Your best solution would be the CRMTogether MobileX route.
