Has anyone had an issue where the category "Filed to Sage CRM" does not get entered when you file an email using the Lite plugin. Tried manually creating the category which works OK on VM, re-installed the plugin with UAC switched off the windows 10 machine.
User is using O365 Business and CRM 2019 R1
On VM I can remove the category to try and break it but I never get the same problem customer is getting where it never shows.
