Performance Problems with the Entity "Communication "

Hello,

we have the following Problem:

If you click on in an account on the entity "Communication it'll take 1 minute for it to open.

We have 2018 R2 and using Internet Explorer.

  • Is this the Calendar? Or do you mean the list of communications or an individual communication summary screen? Does the behaviour change with chrome?


  • I mean the  list of communications. It only works with IE but not with Chroome, Firefox or Edge

    I want to be certain that you are accessing the standard CommunicationList system action.
