I wonder if anyone can help me out with this one. I can send emails quite happily to external contacts in our CRM system but when I try to send an email to any of our own users the email seems to disappear. It seems to send it but it doesn't get received.
If I send the email via the 'Send Using Outlook' option then it works fine. I recently included a selection of employees in a mass email and none of them received the email.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
You are best getting onto your mail server and taking a look to see what is happening with the mail there.
