  • Hi Jenie,

Can you  confirm whether web service is properly configured on the server? To check that run the following URL in browser and check default XML script is populating correctly or not.

    http://localhost/[CRMinstallname]/eWare.dll/webservice/webservice.wsdl

    Hope this helps!

  • Hi Dinesh,

    Thanks for your reply.

Issue is when I request the following url

    http://localhost/[CRMinstallname]/eWare.dll/webservice/webservice.wsdl

I am geting the above mentioned error.

Some more information from my end is as follows.

    1. Webservice was working perfect before. Now not working

    2. In sage settings in system I checked the webservice is enabled and in user setting also webservice enabled

    3. Recently i installed Visual Studio 2010 on the server I am wondering is that cause this issue ?

    regards,

    Jenie
