How to add or remove tab from MyCRM

  • Hello, Can anyone tell me how can i removed existing tab away from MyCRM or TeamCRM ? and How to add a tab for custom Entity in those two main menu tab too.

  • If you navigate to the Administration side of CRM, and then to the Advanced customisation option, you will see 'System Menus'.

    Once in here, select 'User' for the tabs on MyCRM, and 'Channel' for the tabs on TeamCRM.

    I hope you are doing well. I would like to tell when I wanted to add tab to my CRM, it says un "expected error". Also I want to mention that first time I added a tab but when I deleted resulted to delete all the tabs. I called sage for this issue they asked me that IE11 was the reason for deleting all the tabs from my CRM, note I am using CRM7.2d. Please help me

    I'm using Sage CRM 7.2e with Internet Explorer 11.

    The My CRM menu group should be found under

    Administration -> Advanced Customisation -> System Menus

    The 'My CRM' menu is called in the list of system menu 'User'.

    You say that all the 'My CRM' tabs have disappeared.

    Does the 'User' menu appear in the list of tab groups?
