Pact relied on manual, paper-based methods to manage its client relationships. TIt needed a solution that would improve the quality of customer service, improve reporting accuracy and allow staff to record, track and manage all client activity in one centralized location.

Sage CRM gave Pact a powerful software platform which offered the flexibility for customization that would meet their very specific client reporting requirements. In addition, it suggested integrating the CRM application with Pact’s website using Sage CRM Self Service. So that authorized staff and healthcare professionals could securely access client records from any location, Sage CRM was fully integrated with Pact’s website
